APPLICATION

We have two options for applying for a Windsong Shih Tzu puppy:

1) We offer a fillable PDF application. <--- RIGHT-CLICK on the link and SAVE LINK AS... and save it to your computer. Open it, fill it in, and either click the SUBMIT button which will start your email program, OR FILE... SAVE... then email it to us as an attachment. Click here to email us!

2) You may click on this printable PDF form and postal mail it to us.

Feel free to call or email Jen with questions before sending the application. All emails and applications are answered promptly, usually the same day. There have been occasional issue with the forms being received, so please check with us the next day.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION

Most times our puppies are reserved by deposit even before they are born. Due to this strong demand for our quality pups, we've established a policy of requesting a $300 advance deposit for upcoming litters. Available puppies can be picked in person or by picture at approximately 8 weeks of age. Deposits are non-refundable so please be certain of your decision. If extenuating circumstances arise and you can't take delivery of your puppy, your deposit can be applied to a future litter for up to one year. Wonderful references from past puppy buyers available upon request.

SHIPPING

Please note... we will not ship. You must come here to pick up your puppy. We prefer to meet with new families. If you need to fly in, your puppy can go in the passenger part of the plane with you as a carry on and stay right under your seat (not in cargo).
